Bobby appeared in the first series of this comedy drama, broadcast in November 2019.
The short series of three episodes centres around Simon and his fiancee Donna returning to his family home on the Isle of Wight, visiting his mother Sue, stepfather Ray (played by Bobby) and stepbrother David.

The series was written by Joe Wilkinson and David Earl. It was originally shown on TV station Gold, over three consecutive nights from 12th – 14th November 2009, but subsequently repeated on BBC2.
The show returned for a second series of six episodes plus a Christmas special in November and December 2021. Due to Bobby’s death the role of Ray was played by Gregor Fisher.
